nobody is trying to knock you down, or pass judgement,, the info is here, most of the time, many, many, many, times,. here is the screencast I was referring to. Jay2703 has done many screencasts on here for people learning. This one is for outline text. He uses JING, you can even use JING as a search word and bring up many of the screencasts that people do. http://www.screencast.com/users/jay2703/folders/Jing/media/abbd106c-8f1f-4de1-8b7f-0a11305782ce

a "screencast" is a video showing how to do it.... outline text,,, is the term you are searching for. also Signblazer has a real nice manual to use... Maybe download and read it. or ask your old biz partner...you should at least teach yourself the basics before flying solo on orders, if it was an order. And you can call it a snooty response all you want...

Gents, So should I increase the Image Resolution in Photoshop too? The first response said change your Image Quality setting to Photo first, then open photoshop, open your image, and print. I'm just wondering why change the setting from Normal to Photo changes so much. I understand that the Image Resolution is different, but shouldn't epson's Printer Software calculate that? Does anyone know I can calculate that? I'm sure the Normal settings use so many DPI's, and Photo uses another. If I could determine that I can calculate that with the Original Image size. I.E. Hight or Vertical Pixels by DPI or times DPI, and Horizontal by DPI or Times DPI. I would need to know the difference between Normal and Photo. Thanks, Paul

I don't know anyone that would screenprint 500 t-shirts for $300. I would charge around $2.50 per t-shirt one color one location. You have to consider, Color or colors of ink, locations, t-shirt color, Flash dry if using dark t-shirts, screens per color. Whose providing the t-shirts, the screen printer, you or the customer? Also tax if the customer is providing the t-shirts. What kind of t-shirt do they want? 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton/poly, 90/10 poly/cotton, organic or do they just want the cheapiest? Where are you out of? I'm in New Jersey.
