dacholiday 2 Posted December 29, 2015 Has anyone successfully used sign blazer on a windows 10 computer. I have to buy a new one and 99% of them have 10. I also have to use a serial to usb cord from my cutter.

slice&dice 2,450 Posted December 29, 2015 It's a legacy application and Win10 will have no trouble running it, but with your serial/USB adapter configuration, there could be some driver glitch. Use this Hybrid install -- http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/GetAttachment/190/24198 P.S. - I would spend $75 and get an older XP computer and dedicate it to the cutter. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Inspiron-Laptop-1501-AMD-Turion-64x2-2GB-60GB-DVD-RW-PLUS-POWER-CORD-/351609237693 (this model has a built-in serial port)
dacholiday 2 Posted December 29, 2015 I currently have an xp machine that is on its last legs. I really need a dependable computer to run this. I finally received the new prolific chipset plug and it ran great on a windows 8 system, so if forced to buy ten am hoping for success. Slice & Dice is that the one with the pretty colored icon? If so I do have that one on the windows 8 machine.
Go-C Graphics 856 Posted December 29, 2015 Check out Newegg and Tigerdirect for a reburb laptop with windows 7. There's one other online store but I can't think of the name. I've had awesome luck with these. They're cheap and come with the older OS systems.
dacholiday 2 Posted January 3, 2016 So to answer my own question, yes it did work on Windows 10. Havent cut much yet, but it indeed will function. I do have a question though, does anyone know where and how history can be moved. I moved all my files and fonts, but the history seems to be hiding somewhere. Thanks
