MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted January 18, 2015 Which Flexi are you using, on what operating system? Make sure the com port numbers match in Flexi and your computer device manager.

MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted January 19, 2015 Well if it is cutting, and stopping,, It could be static, or too much data for the cutter (low memory)...If on USB connection, best to run on a serial connection. or serial card.. A Tripplite Keyspan adapter is recommended for the value cutters such as an SC...Or a Belkin.. most others from Radio Shack, Best Buy etc, just don't do the job. Will the cutter finish the job if you take the blade holder out before cutting? If it does finish, then it could be static. Make sure your cutter is grounded to the stand, Spray Static Guard in the area...wipe vinyl and cutter with dryer sheets..

MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted January 20, 2015 If no port, buy a Tripplite Keyspan Adapter. There are many prices, check around. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Keyspan-by-Tripp-Lite-USA-19HS-Hi-Speed-USB-Serial-Adapter-PC-Mac-/281562332858?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item418e6c3eba
