slice&dice 2,450 Posted March 17, 2014 When typing in text, it will appear as the color you've chosen. However, if you SELECT and then press the TEXT button, it will change to gray (for editing). Is there a way to get that (default) editing color to be something else?
Jay2703 704 Posted March 17, 2014 Mine seems to depend on what color it was to start. Red text turns Cyan Pink text turns Green
slice&dice 2,450 Posted March 17, 2014 Jay, that's true, I have noticed that also, but I'm still searching for a rhyme and reason behind this function, so I can define it according to my own preference. I happen to believe there isn't a way, but I figured I would throw it out there and see what turns up here. NOTE: The lack of ability to select text by dragging the insertion cursor across it is the #1 most obvious feature that's lacking in SBE. When I work with Flexi, that function is TERRIFIC, and it gives a lot of control over individual letters and text editing is a joy. Of course, I'm not really complaining, just making an observation. (and it's not that big of a deal, compared to SCAL which doesn't even have multi-line text capabilities, where you are unable to just press the Enter/Return key and go to a new line).
