Radioactiveman 2 Posted December 16, 2012 i have a creation pcut and just got sure cuts alot pro. I went to set up the cutter and i see it only has it under uscutter pcut, so i selected that but when i go to cut i get a window that says the cutter is not online and to check usb cable and power, its not the connection i can cut with signblazer and cut just fine. any ideas?
