Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted December 20, 2010 if you are cutting paper it will dull faster - if you are cutting vinyl then I would back the blade out a little. as you use the blade the offset will change a little as the hone on the blade changes also. personally I changed to 60 degree cleancuts for everything Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
