    Yeti style mugs

Usually after everything I do I'll look at it and think "I should of done such and such" but those turned out good. The black 1 looks the best to me.

    cheapest multi color shirts?

To help with the htv distortion issue, just press each layer for 3-4 seconds to get it to stick and then on the final layer press for the full time (If you didn't do that). They look good tho, that red star at the bottom looks close to the red line and that bugs me but it could be the angle of the shirt.
  3. I started with a 15x15 cheap press from Amazon, it only took a few months/jobs for me to realize I had to upgrade. I got a Fusion in March and it has been the best purchase I have made so far. I personally use the pull out option more than the swing away but both are a lot better than messing under a hot platen with the clamshell style. Compared to using my old press the Fusion has exceeded my expectations but it is still pricey. I also like that I can set pre-sets so I don't have to put in the time and temp each time, I can just choose "Easyweed" and wait until it's up to temperature. Not a huge thing but I like it.

    HTV recommendation?

That's what I do now as well. It's the easiest way to not mess up vinyl for sure.

    HTV recommendation?

Nothing like cutting an image and as you start to weed it realize you forgot to reverse it. Good times! I use to have a post it on my cutter that simply read T-SHIRT - REVERSE THE IMAGE.

    This is a cool idea

I wonder how long it will last with the wiper rubbing it. On 2nd thought I guess most people only use the rear wiper occasionally anyway.

  10. Doing a "BUILT TOUGH" decal shouldn't be a problem and you are 100% right on the risk being too much just for a few bucks. I lose a good amount of money because I won't do any copyrighted decals but then again you can't lose what you never had. You can however lose 10k or more and your business so I'd say you are doing the right thing. I know it's tempting.

    Quick intro

I've been a lurker here for quite awhile and decided to signup back in February. I run a small business in North Carolina that I have been working on for the last year or so. I used to help press and sell shirts at events with my uncle years ago and always wanted to do it myself. So I got a heatpress and I started making and selling shirts for myself but it didn't take long before I was making decals. Now decals are a decent portion of my sales. I've taken my time and not rushed the process and so far that has allowed me to make some great connections as well as build up a steady customer base. I'm terrible at introductions but I hope you got to know me a little better. Time for some coffee... GTP

    cheapest multi color shirts?

I'm a little late to the conversation but I agree with Wildgoose 100%. I'd personally just do white shirts for now using JPSS, once you need more shirts you could then order transfers since the more you order the cheaper they are. Unfortunately with that many colors using transfers will still be a lot more expensive than a 1 or 2 color design.
