I second the 16x20 size I have the Hotronix Fusion use the swing arm once in awhile I like the pull out drawer. It's pricey so find one that's good and a decent price stay away from the auction site ones.

Bet you were hoping you could do the Corel Draw to the cutting software right? I never did it heck I didnt even know you could do that with SCALP. I will stick with Cutting studio.

Hmm could have used a strong detergent, or some kind of stain remover that removed areas of the glue. It doesnt look like a washing machine would do that it looks like it was really roughed up.

I have had paper issues about a year old. If it got humid, or left in the light. This paper soaks up moisture easily and it destroys it. Did you stretch it while it was still hot?

Sounds like the polymer on the paper, and maybe ink. I have used old ink though and never had that kind of issue just faded colors.

I said in a separate post that I had something else I wanted to share with you but couldnt. Well today seems to be the day/ night to do so. I was asked by someone from UsCutter to test/ and try the Color Theory Foil HTV, and their glitter flake. I agreed to the terms and after getting the paying jobs done I finally got a chance to have some Color theory HTV time. Well Instead of my typing all this I decided to do a video review on it. I will admit its not the best even though I did edit a lot but I think it gives an honest opinion I compared it to other vinyl company and the screen printing foils. I would say its a little easier than the Siser it was thinner and rips easier but if you take your time and not rush I saw no issues weeding it.

other than some of the shine disappearing from the foil not bad it held up better than the screen print foil.

Thats what I have seen also, another thing is I know this sounds stupid but I have used that green pad that helps distribute the heat on top of poly shirts and it seems to stop a lot of the issues I had. I cant remember the name of the pad.

How is the polyester ghosting? If your talking about the platen Mark / yellowing it might come out with a few washes. The other think is maybe lighten up on the pressure. Also how many colors are you pressing? Could you find a way to press more than one color at a time? One last question to you seems it's on a white shirt why not just sublimate it?
