that is exactly what I would think it would do from just looking at it.. there is nothing to hold the tape, or the applicator, I have used MASK RITE from the very beginning and would be lost without it... there is no adjusting of anything for different rolls. I have a 24" and a 30" it is a little pricer, but works great. can purchase from SIGNSUPPLY.com on EBAY

well make sure you leave feedback in EBAY, so other customers don't get screwed, I was looking at the feedback, obviously they are showing a gloss vinyl in their ads, but it is really matte colors with no shine.. Saw where several people stated that..

when you post, at lower left corner it says additional options, then you can upload, pics etc, graphtec does not print, but you could probably purchase a printer that prints on vinyl, and then contour cut your decals.

I don't have this cutter, but from reading other threads, the blade is supposed to be in the back holder. pen in front holder. don't you have some kind of tutorial with your software? Like maybe at the top of the screen it says HELP? most all do..

yes, it has plenty of vinyl pre pulled. also the carriage head is firm on the track, blade depth is set correct. i am using Signblazer but also downloaded Signcut x2 and both programs do this. messing with the offset didnt help either as shown in that second pic. the cutting strip is flat tool LOL then I would say put in a support ticket and and get some REAL help,, I'm fresh out of ideas...

Yep did that, I can go like 4 feet straight and yet when it cuts it goes to hell. I even played with the pressure of the blade so it barley cut and get the same results. Think I will use this as a boat anchor and go buy a real machine. go with a Graphtec, I have one (30" ) never any problems in over a year... great tracking...

are you pulling the vinyl away from the roll, so that it is not tugging on it? is the carriage head firmly on the track,? make sure only a a bit of blade should be sticking out.. what cutting software are you using?.. start at 0 degree offset and work out at 5 degree make sure cutting strip is down flat on the machine, all the way across.

yes, as long as you have the drivers installed and software installed and the cutter is turned on, you should find it in device manager

Signblazer Elements is a trial that lasts forever, and yes, you can cut with it.. This is alot of peoples main cutting signware.

ASK JSI,, seeing as how the vinyl cutter come from them, They should be your tech support.... maybe they know ,

maybe time to learn a new cutting program,,,, download the Signblazer Elements version here on this forum, or JSI also had it on their site,, is Free forever....

What software do you use? Also, do you use Vista? My Graphtec is on a Toshiba laptop XP bought in Nov 2006, Vista was just coming in then. I do have the upgrade Vista CD for it, but never changed it. and I use Flexistarter for my cutting software. I bought my cutter Feb/2008, and have NEVER been down and I cut everyday.. Also, believe it or not, I do see that Walmart still sells new computers (laptops) with XP,, but online sales only..

do yourself a great justice and just bite the bullet and buy the Graphtec. I personally have a Graphtec FC7000MK2-75 tracking is great, it will pay for it's self in no time flat. And a great warranty...

I think your best answers will come from going into. www.irs.gov and find the right publications for what you are wanting to do.. also check your state laws. Or contact an accountant...

ALSO WHAT IS NOT QUOTED HERE..on "BUY IT NOW" items is the fact you can put as many quantities as you want on that ad, and the ad can run for 30 days. so if the price is .35c for your ad.. That's alot of advertising for 35c.... Also, if you are running an actual EBAY store,, the ad prices runs about 3c - 5c per ad, for unlimted quantites for a month. but your final fee is a bit higher. You can run a lot of ads for 3c- 5c without breaking the bank... and Power sellers can get up to a 20% discount off your final Ebay bill each month, just for giving great customer satisfaction. That makes alot of difference.

to get it to cut with less force, lower your blade a little bit more in the holder.

I run a fulltime EBAY business right from my home,, and have for 3 years... and it supports me better than any outside job, I have ever had, and I worked in a good paying job at a factory for 29 years. IT MOVED to Mexico, so here I am, I didn't have the choice to venture out. My OLD job made me!!! And I am doing very well. Don't know what market (niche') your going for, but EBAY is the biggest marketplace in the world for ANYTHING, and I truly love not having any set hours, and I have my orders shipped everyday, and lots of repeat customers.

sounds like you need to raise your blade up, should only be sticking out just a bit, also make sure your blade holder is tight and secure, and that the carriage is on track correctly,, you can also make sure the cutting strip is securely down in it's place.
