I'm puzzled, I got a couple of sample pieces of ThermoFlex Plus to try, and I can't get this stuff to cut for nuthin'. Although this material is new to me, cutting vinyl isn't, using a Pcut, have probably cut 500-1000 yards of vinyl, paintmask, hi-po, lo-po,631, even one mill SignGold, and this is the first time I've ever touched the buttons on the cutter (had to find my handy chinese manual, just to find out how to raise the pressure). But, I can't get a good cut on this Thermoflex, upped the pressure 20 points, 30, 40, almost got a good cut, 50 blade was digging in. Could someone enlighten me as to the hows of cutting thermoflex? And to mention, this is the first for using this material, and it was a sample, but the material side is so grundgy, you can't tell where its cut, is this normal? Does anyone know the mill thickness? Just to be sure my machine was working OK, I put the settings back, and cut a 48 inch Effiel Tower,(Thanks to whoever posted, I'll go back and thank you personally, and post it up), cut great, out of 631. Needless to say, my first impression of the Thermoflex, has not been a very good one. Anyone suggest a different brand to try? Thanks Mike

What are my options for full color vinyl prints?

Summa printer/cutter -
The triangle Priority boxes/tubes, from the United States Postal Service. You can get an 8 foot long graphic in them, no problem. The cardboard rolls your vinyl comes on, makes a good shipping container, too.

I printed a guy some stuff a couple years ago, and went over to see the process, in real life. It's pretty more involved than what they show on UTube, and such. To do it right, you almost need a paint booth, to base, and clear. They're as bigga steps, as the actual dipping. Cool process though.

Go to Google Images, punch in Lilly Pulitzer Vinyl, there's a lot of places selling it. A lot on Etsy. May, or may not, be licensed?

You could, IF, you could get the shirt to go through the printer. That's all a 20k DTG printer is, with addition of being able to print a white base. -
What is a Vinyl Sticker and what is a Vinyl decal?

Those are the cheaper versions, of 'premium vinyl graphics'. -
Back in the days, before 200 dollar vinyl cutters, we used to use single edge razor blades/ X-Atco knifes, to cut paint mask, and stuff. Pretty cheap.

Thanks. I didn't think I was getting away just buying a new cord.

My wife's HP laptop, when you plug the power cord in, sometimes you have to jiggle it around a little bit to get the light to come on around the plug. Would that be more than likely, the power supply socket, or the charger/AC plug, is worn? Thanks

The highest I saw his heart rate, was 148. Mine goes way past that, just pulling in the dentist office parking lot.

I've had the blocker for a while, so far, so good. And it got rid of that dam pop-up thingy.

Maybe now the 'free' download period is over, I can quit worrying about it downloading, and installing itself in the middle of the night?

Taking the wife over to the CT scan place yesterday, what just happened to be on the corner, The Tardis. Grabbed my new fancy camera phone out of my pocket, just throwed it up and clicked, I was kinda holding up the line. On the way back, the side of the police box said, 'Mini Library', so I guess it wasn't the real Tardis after all. Bummer!

Is it 'air release'? You DON'T want to do wet, with air release.
