how to add curve ( arc )

i know how to do it with text but what if i have a file ( .eps)

how do i arc that.

example

say i downloaded the file iroc-z ( just the factory lettering ) from BOW

i want to put this on the windshield of my car and i need a slight arc...how to do this?
