2001kx 0 Posted September 26, 2008 just wondering how to do something like this i tried to start with a letter put an out line around it lay this over top of the oval and what i want to do is remove the outline from the letter so that it has a blank space cut out of the oval around the letter. understand? lol but it would be similar to the logo i posted above. is this possible or does it have to be drawn this way? JohnnyTremendous. 0 Posted October 4, 2008 Your idea sounds like it would work. Give it a shot and see how you like the results.

2001kx 0 Posted October 17, 2008 try separating the outline from the letter and then cut out from the oval and the outline. Do i have to manually cut the parts out? i thought i could use weld or something but weld adds on not removes

Jack Beck 2 Posted November 8, 2008 to do this in Flexi. I would place the "R" over the oval. select just the R..now go to effects outline...outline the R. Now select the R and the out line ...goto effects.. seperate outline. select the outline and the oval Than got to effects ...combine..cut out This should give the effect your looking for.
