TeeShirtman 0 Posted September 17, 2008 Well, how about a short story made a little long here...the company recently bought a PCUT along with the Flexi software and although things were cutting just swell for the first week, and then come to find out the previous owners failed to pay a lot of bills and the bank decided they wanted most of their stuff back. Fortunately because the cutter was purchased under the new owners and managers I was able to save it. I removed the software from the computer the bank repossessed that was running Windows XP and I now have a new computer system running Vista. Although I was just sure things would go smoothly, not so much. When I loaded the Flexi software and start to run the program I get an "Error" box that says "Unable to Format Requestin String" and then if I try and open the production manager I get an error box that says "Runtime Error...Program C: The application has requested runtime to terminate in an unusual way" and closes down as well. After being on hold with tech support with the flexi software company, I was told they hadn't seen it yet and to contact US Cutter. Have got a ticket and some email going with a tech support guy, but didn't know if anyone else out there had seen this by chance. Thanks a bunch in advance!!
