please help

Im having a lot of trouble weeding my vinyl. Whenever i cut the cutter always leaves a space where it starts to cut and where it ends the cut. Lets say i a cut a circle, it wont cut all the way aorund and i leaves a small space of uncut vinyl. Any suggestions? Thanks

knife offset I have mine at .020 using flexi

How do i adjust the offset? thanks

Open Production Manager, then go to Setup, then Default Job Properties, then to the Cut tab (3rd one over), and Offset should be about half way down the window. You need to check it to change the value. Try .020, .025, .030, .035 until they close.

my machine is set at .25 and works fine.

Thanks for the help guys. I did .020,.025,.030 and .020 worked the best at weeding and looks. For some reason the more offset the more crooked the letters got. Thanks again!!!!
