mortalimmortal 7 Posted July 28, 2008 Hello peeps, my name is Scott. Been doing vector, signs and stickers since 94. I just ordered a Laser Point after reading the review. For the price I thought it was worth checking out. If it works as good as the Gx-24 it will be well worth the price since the Gx was 1,650.00 and the LP was 5 times less. After doing a search on the LP it brought me here. I did do some reading and the answers that the members were sharing were informative and helpful. This is why I joined today and will be doing a review of my own on the LP and the GX when it gets here.

kenimes 42 Posted July 31, 2008 The LP will not have the fit and finish of your Roland, but cut the same file on both, and it should come out the same. So, for the price point, not a bad deal at all.
Guest fivestar Posted July 31, 2008 Welcome Scott I missed this post intially. The LP will not contour cut near as easy as the gx-24. But it will cut vinyl exactly the same as the gx-24.
