Cant get my Pcut to cut!!!!

I have the machine all set up.  I have the Flexistarter software for my pcut.  The image that I want cut is loaded into the flexi software and is visible.  The image is vectored.  I hit plot/cut button and nothing happens.  A link pops up and says no cutting area selected.  Then production manager opens.  I try loading job into production manager but that does not work.  Am I missing something.  Please help. Thanks.

Make sure you have selected the correct cutter AND the correct COM port it communicates through.
