I am new to illustrator. Do you have any tutorials on doing that?

There is white and blue but I will am cutting it in one color for now. It is mostly text with a small round logo. Not much detail.

Hey Everyone, I need a little help. I am pretty new to cutting. I have a creation p cut with the Flexi 8.5 Starter software. My questions is, If I take a regular .jpeg image of a customers logo, how do I prepare it for cutting? I have illustrator and photoshop also. Thanks.

Im not sure how to do that. In the production manager, I assigned COM3. I tried all COMs but COM3 was the only one that send the image. It send the image to the cutter, but the cutter does not cut at all.

Its the usb cable. The other cable would not connect to my computer. It was a different male/female setup

Okay I got that and understand that now. I choose COM3. I hit send. It send and send cutting... But cutter did not do anything.

COM port? How do I select this and what is it? Thanks

Okay now its sending to production manager but when I tell it to send it says "cannot open port" What is this and how do I open the port.....

I have the machine all set up. I have the Flexistarter software for my pcut. The image that I want cut is loaded into the flexi software and is visible. The image is vectored. I hit plot/cut button and nothing happens. A link pops up and says no cutting area selected. Then production manager opens. I try loading job into production manager but that does not work. Am I missing something. Please help. Thanks.
