I have a customer that wants shirts screen printed. I don't do that but does anyone have a good place to outsource to?

hey ff, have u considered purchasing screenprint transfers and keep work in house. u have a heatpress.

it's the same as screenprinting it's just on a transfer sheet. check out acetransfer company or transfer express. also ur customer doesn't have to know ur precedure as far as how u do it.

Didn't know that was an option, so this company will put the screenprint material on a heat transfer paper?

Yes, they screen print onto a transfer sheet in mirror image.

They add a sprinkle of release powder and you het press them

onto the shirts. The only problem is that it is sometimes hard

to get them straight, becuase unlike vinyl transfers, the paper is

not clear.

How many shirts, color, and locations are you looking at?

Call Jay at 1-812-422-4303 and tell him Bob Bales said to call. He's accustomed to contract printing, drop shipping with your label, has a garment wholesaler in his hip pocket and runs a small automatic. He's a good dude and can price it where you make your needed % as well.

He can handle anything from a dozen pieces and up.
