kstill361 0 Posted July 12, 2008 Just wondering if anyone knew if the "got" phrase was copyrighted or a trademark? I used to sell alot of them on ebay with no trouble, for example "got dirt" for motocross Kevin

haumana 1,220 Posted July 15, 2008 If it is, then there are a lot of people in Hawaii breaking the law. There are so many local sayings here and just everything has a "got" sticker. And the funny thing is, is that whomever is making them is sticking with the original white lettering on a black background rectangle bumper sticker. However, if someone asked me, maybe I'd make one with the cutter
swaneejuggalo 0 Posted July 15, 2008 Uhh copyright stuff is such a pain i can see if its logos/artwork but normal sayings using correctly spelled words i can't keep up with and have you ever tried to figure out the fair usage part of the copyright act :-
