"got" phrase trademark?

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anyone knew if the "got" phrase was copyrighted or a trademark? I used to sell alot of them on ebay with no trouble,

for example "got dirt" for motocross

If it is, then there are a lot of people in Hawaii breaking the law.

There are so many local sayings here and just everything has a "got" sticker. And the funny thing is, is that whomever is making them is sticking with the original white lettering on a black background rectangle bumper sticker. However, if someone asked me, maybe I'd make one with the cutter  :)
