question about node editing (what is the pink stuff) newbie question

Recommended Posts

I imported a vector image - when i want to edit the image using node edit, the image is covered up with some kind of pink fuzzy stuff - its hard to see what i am editing - also is it possible to not cut the border of the pink box?

The border, or pink box is just your workspace area, and is not cuttable. You could just add a box manually if you want to cut it. The pink fuzzy stuff is your nodes to edit. Use the scroll on your mouse to zoom in to see each one individually.

Thanks - that makes sense now that i zoom - i can see how to edit.  The box always wants to cut - maybe i set it somehow - how do i unset it?

I think it is the weed border cutting. Uncheck anything having to do with weed in the cut layout screen over on the left side.
