Vedwin 0 Posted June 24, 2008 Helllo! I just bought a Copam a few months ago, and I have been using it to cut out paint mask stencils for airbrush paintings. I have been thinking about cutting out the middle man (paint) and just using the vinyl as the medium on a plastic surface. I need a vinyl to would stick to a plastic surface for an indefinite amount of time without deteriorating. The product would always stay indoors so there is no need to consider the effects of weather. What type of colored vinyl would permanently adhere to a plastic surface, how much can I expect to spend on a 15 inch by 10 yard roll, and where is the cheapest place to buy it? Thank you very much. Jay2703 704 Posted June 24, 2008 For indoor use almost any vinyl will last virtually forever. I prefer Oracal. Either 651 (better) or 641 (good) will suit your needs. both come in many colors. Either fellers.com or signwarehouse.com have both. Expect to pay around $13 - $15 + shipping for a 15" x 10 yd roll.
