Nikolay 0 Posted November 3, 2023 Yesterday i had to make new windows instalattion on new hard drive. I deactivated the license and activated it on the new hardware. Installed all programs from the CD i got with the plotter. Now 80% of my files .fs ( graphtec pro studio files ) are not opening. Its or program instantly crashes, or just opening white blank without any objects. Tried to update software, version 4.0 , version 3,8 , nothing helped. MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted November 3, 2023 You state you are (opening) the files. Maybe be more specific. Most software, uses FILE>IMPORT. It can make a difference, NOT FILE>OPEN. Not sure what you are doing. If you want to post a noncopyrighted file here that doesn't work for you, I will see if I can import the file into my Graphtec Pro Studio.
