Flexi files to Versacamm will cut, but not print

Using old Flexi 7.5v5 software on Mac for firetruck lettering and graphics with output to Roland Versacamm 300.

PROBLEM: Suddenly will not print, but will still cut, so computer is communicating with plotter.

All test prints using Roland itself work fine.

When send print file, just get spinning wheel and have to force quit Production Manager to escape.

Have cleared preferences, restarted/shutdown computer and plotter, deleted and added Versacamm setup, but no success.

Any suggestions appreciated.
