LSpe 0 Posted June 6, 2023 I have two Graphtec CE7000's, 5 months old, working perfectly until yesterday. Cutter A is fine. Cutter B now will either accept the job and grossly mis-cut a wonky rectangle for example, or it will reject the job with "marks sense level was not enough". I suspect the camera lens is blocked with vinyl particles so i'm guessing a factory reset won't help? Or does the machine need to go back to the factory? I've tried getting a dust cloth as much as I can under the sensor but its not helped. An ARMS Sensor Scan in the menu fails with the same "mark sense level was not enough" error. Thank you for any help!
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted June 6, 2023 Your cutters are under warranty, your best bet is to contact Graphtec tech support. This is a user forum, there is only a couple handfuls of people who answer questions here, and no one that answers questions here, owns a CE7000. There were problems with the tracking when they first came out, (grit rollers were made different, and vinyl was bunching) and people sent them back and bought other machines.
