craigk 0 Posted April 7, 2023 My cutter is cutting both wider and longer then the USCutter software shows on the screen. This dont sound like a big deal but for embroidery tackle twill it is. IF I go from a 2.875in tall to a 7.875 tall letter in increases a small amount larger like 1% to 1.5% bigger. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted April 7, 2023 Make sure your cutter is calibrated to your cutting software. No mention, which cutting software, but most any cutting software has it. Make and cut a 3" x 3" square. Measure it and see if it is exactly 3" x 3". If not, then calibrate it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
