Can matte vinyl stick to wall paper??

I have a bank inquiring about having a few wall words done.  In most areas they have a linen kind of wall paper on the walls already.  Is Oracal 631 going to stick ok to that??

Also when applying to painted walls, how easy does it come off??

I don't know why it wouldn't. I have stuck it to some dirty, heavy textured walls.

I've had good luck with it sticking to some wallopapers, but not others. (Also had some problems with washable paints.)  It's a good idea to test first.

The oldest I've removed was about two years on a painted surface.  If came off cleanly.  However, there was some that had direct sunlight on it everyday.  The paint that didn't have the vinyl faded from the sunlight.  The area that was covered was brighter and left a faint image.
