i am having trouble getting my artwork to send to the cutter all of a sudden, i was cutting on it a couple days ago and now when i hit cut now and proceed with cutting it just shows sending data and does nothing, dont understand why all of a sudden it will not cut am i missing something?

what have you tried in terms of troubleshooting?

has your operating system updated? what version of operating system are you using

have you tried changing cables?

have you looked in Device Manager to make sure you cutter is still listed?
