Does anyone answer email at US cutter?

I won my plotter on Wednesday. I emailed them through ebay asking for them to be sure and send a tracking number,since I need to be here when it comes.Today is Sunday and not a word.On the listing they say they usually ship next day(for all that means) but I am not in a particular hurry.However, a simple email response would be nice. It makes me wonder how hard it might be to get a response if I had a problem.

Anybody else have any trouble getting email responses from them?

I am not sure why you have not got a response. We try to answer each and every email sent to us. I am not in the office until tomorrow, at which time I will look up the info. you requested.
