Plotter Not Allowing me to select registration marks

hello, i am trying to contour cut a t shirt transfer paper 11X17 using sure cuts 3 however when i try to select my second registration mark the plotter just feeds the paper up back and forth. I've tried to re calibrate my laser  but i still get the same results, I've even tried to call customer service and they help to re calibrate the laser however it still is not allowing me to select the second registration mark without the paper feeding back and forth leaving me to have to hit the cancel button.

Hi renjikucutter,

 

I am having a similar issue, I turn on the laser and align the first registration mark correctly, but when I click next to got to the 2nd registration mark the laser automatically turns off and in the display it show "Now Cutting" the only way I can get out of that is to reset it..
