Cannot see the Off Topic Section

Hmmm It seems I cannot see the "Off Topic" Section when I click on the General Categories. 

THe only way I can post here is when I look my lists of unread posts.  Any ideas?

Did you try logging out and re logging in? Or mabey restarting your explorer?

I have never been able to see it.  I didn't even realize it existed.

Can you see the other categorys under General? Like Introductions and such? Make sure the arrow next to General Category is pointing down.
