online light flashing and won't finish a test cut

I have a VINYL EXPRESS R Series II cutter and my machine will ot finish a test cut and then the online light starts flashing and it locks up......Help I have to finish some signs and I don't know why it is doing this.

if it is not finishing a test cut from the cutter menu on the machine I would contact signwarehouse as that indicates an internal problem with the machine - - - if it was only issue from sending from the computer it could be a communication problem but sending from the cutter menu on the machine rules out all the rest of the systems external to the cutter
