Permi 0 Posted January 16, 2016 I was moving the Illustrator icon from the applications folder to the desk top. I got this prompt "Missing required plug ins PDF Format .aip" This is preventing illustrator to open. If I drag a file into the icon it will open the file but there is now tools available.
