Graphtec studio - does this line mean it will cut the same area twice?

Hey guys. If you inspect my graphtec studio file you'll see that there's a small, slightly lighter shaded line going across the outside of my stripes - does this mean it will be cutting the outside twice? I don't understand why the lines don't just conform to the shape - why is there a border going around the outside of my image?

Most likely they are weeding lines.
