Paint on plastic

Hey guys, I am doing some shipping totes for a company and need a paint that will stick to shiny plastic that will not come off.  I have tried Krylon Fusion but it doesn't penitate the plastic to adhere good enough.  Any one have any ideas?

Use an adhesion promoter first, Bulldog is a common one that is sold at a lot of auto parts stores.

It is an Aerosol, you put it on just like paint, it's clear, it makes the paint stick to the plastic.

make sure you clearcoat to protect the paint and i would use duplicolor or another kind of laquer thats what i use to paint xbox's and it sticks to the plastic verry well .
