Gerber envision 375 and Macbook???

Does anyone know if you can use a Gerber Envision 375 with a Macbook? The Macbooks only input ports are USB 2.0 and Firewire. The cable that comes with the Envision is a 25 pin male to a 9 pin female. Can I just replace it with a 25 pin male to a USB 2.0? I honestly don't even know if this cutter is Mac compatible, but I picked it up reasonably cheap at a state auction. If nothing else, I'll just use it with my PC but I'd love to be able to use it with my Mac.

I'd try the Keyspan.
