unkes60 0 Posted April 9, 2008 Hello, I just had to reinstall my SB Elements and I can't remember what cutter name I have to select for the cutter I am using (as the Refine MH 721 is not on the list). Can anyone help me out? Also, I tried to cut a fairly long line of 8" letters the other day on it and when it first scanned through it went over and back but then it kept going over and started banging rapidly into the side of the machine and then back over and banging into the other side and started cutting off of the vinyl.
