Multiple colour decals or t shirt designs

I've got flexi sign 8 and have only been doing single colour designs how would I do multi colour designs and cut out so I can layer them ?

you would have to cut each color by itself.

Highlight the colour bit and jut press cut ?

 decorsa, you will use the slect tool to select the whole multi color image, then go to the cut manager, in the top right corner of the cut file preview will be a number of different colored squares(depending on number of colors in image) then select the color and it should bring up the part in the preview that is that color then press cut , it will cut the selected cut file color, continue with each color section until the layered colors are all cut then weed and layer each one.
