PointOfExpression 53 Posted April 26, 2014 So I was making a shirt today and IIhave never printed any greys or mints yet. I printed a lighter grey and mint color design today, and when I pressed it... was I unhappy or what! The design turned out puke green (grey area) and kelly green (mint area). Any ideas of what I can do to fix this quickly so I can get my order out? I am using a WF 7010 with a pigment cis system printing on jpss onto white garment. PointOfExpression 53 Posted April 27, 2014 The ink and cis is from hotzone360 and using stock profiles
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted April 27, 2014 I would contact hotzone - sounds like a ink formulation problem when heat is applied
PointOfExpression 53 Posted April 27, 2014 Alright, I'll do that and see what they have to say
