Go-C Graphics 856 Posted January 26, 2014 Your blade holder was correctly placed for a MH series cutter. The blade holder rests on top and then you clamp it down. I have that exact cutter with the newer style carriage like yours. I know what some of the guys here are saying but the carriage physically will not lift up high enough for the holder to fit into the clamp. When you push the reset button does the blade move down and bang into the cutting strip and then moves to the left? My blades moves down pretty hard with a solid thud when I push the reset button. If it doesn't I believe you may have a binding issue in the carriage. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ksellett 0 Posted January 26, 2014 when i reset it moves down and bangs pretty hard. i have tried cutting at every pressure from 100-600 and both with the blade all the way up and all the way down. it still will not work. i am using it just as it arrived from uscutter. with the exception that the belt fell off and i had to take it apart to replace the belt. but even before the belt fell off it was not cutting correctly.
