jaybyrd 3,770 Posted December 6, 2013 I have talked over customers with before with technical terms so now I stick to yeah we print on mugs, keychains you get the idea. They understand print but they usually have no desire to understand the actual process that is involved. Graniteguy 24 Posted December 8, 2013 problem with saying sublimation Dawn is no one outside of the industry has a clue what it is . . . . . here it is just "Graphics" if they want more then I explain what we have to offer - one thing I have learned is sometimes less is more. Yeah, you can tell when their eyes glaze over that your explanation is more than what was wanted. However, being the geek that I am, I would like to know what sublimation Dawn is.
