kal259 18 Posted November 7, 2013 Does anyone have any suggestions on a good material to make a reusable stencil that can take some abuse. I have a customer looking for a stencil that is somewhat flexible, able to curve around a cylinder. The stencil itself would be roughly 24"Lx12"w. Thanks in advance for help. I should also add that I'm not looking for anything with an adhesive backing. Something more like plastic, maybe 20 to 30 mils., for repeated use and some longevity. LPWash 75 Posted November 7, 2013 How would you go about cutting the cardstock in the cutter? What would you suggest putting underneath the cardstock so the cutter doesn't cut down to the cutting strip?

kal259 18 Posted November 7, 2013 Thanks for the ideas, convinced them to go with screen printed labels instead of a stencil.
