lexiandlala 0 Posted October 9, 2013 I am new to vinyl t shirts.. and I have the BN-20, after I have printed out my heat transfer vinyl, weeded it - I apply my mask - and for some reason I keep getting air bubbles in the middle of the design, that I can't seem to get out, someone once told me it was the masking that created them and I should practice.. but what is the best way to eliminate the problem? I've tried googling for videos, not much luck so far.
xpaperman 719 Posted October 9, 2013 once you have done the initial press, and peeled off the clear plastic backing paper, have you tried to put your teflon sheet over the image and repress for about 10 seconds?
lexiandlala 0 Posted October 9, 2013 I did today and I'm pretty sure the air with the bubble was now lighter in color than the rest of the design, :-(
jaybyrd 3,770 Posted October 9, 2013 The bubbles or tunneling are usually cured with practice. The best I can tell you is lay the print face down and peel the liner off at a sharp angle.
