Mh 1361 rollers not working

Hi could do with some help all of a sudden my pinch rollers have started to play up when i start cutting they move back and forth about a mm so dont feed the vinyl so it just cuts one long line then when i move it forward by myself it goes backwards and vice versa might be nothing but kind of new to this so would appreciate any help you guys can offer thanks

Verify the tightness of the allen set-screws that hold the lower grit rollers onto the shaft.

Hi there tight the company i got it off are picking it up today and taking it back to fix it
