Imlost21 1 Posted September 1, 2013 I uploaded the new update on flexi cloud and it lost all of my values. I was able to correct the one for my us cutter, I have not tired my graphtec yet but, my mutoh does not do anything. I try to put in the old values but flexi cannot find it. mopar691 281 Posted September 3, 2013 Yes, You will lose all your presets and profiles. But they are still there in 10.5. Just import them into the new production manager as you did when it was new. Takes 3 minutes tops. If you were running canned profiles now would be a good time to just go get all the new ones straight from either Mutoh or SAI as they have both changed within the last year Myself Love cloud and all the things to come with it. I updated to it the first day without a hitch ever. Running 2 stations with pro and my lappy with designer.
