Signcut cutting extra around tile edges

for some reason signcut on my mac has started added extra bits to cut past the tiles i create so they dont go together smoothly. has anyone seen this before and know of a fix?

if you can help me you can save me hours of having to cut off the extra bits

wow fixed it.

 

but incase anyone else has this issue,

 

click on tiles

 

there is an option for Automatic tile overlap. i changed mine to 0 to fix this.

You usually want it to overlap a little so it won't creep apart over time. I usually go at least 1/4".
