Fire truck gold leaf pin stripe help

hey gang, I'm sorry that my first post is a request for help but i just got asked by my father to help him out in a rush. the fire chief for our town just got a new Tahoe and wants it lettered and pin striped. I'm going to make the pin stripe using real gold engine turn vinyl and 1/2 inch engine turn pin stripe. but I need help with the tips of the graphic. I want to put a decorative finial or end on it like the pictures attached. if you look at the one it has a line stripe with a little spear head on it. I want something like that but a little more decorative for the front fender. and for the rear fender I want something like the 90 degree corner peace. if some one can help me out I my Father and I would really appreciate it.

My opinion, you wouldn't want to go to elegant on the other end of the spear. It would look goofy.
