maddog 12 Posted April 29, 2013 I couldn't seem to find this answer anywhere in the forum so here is my question. Using: Creative Films PRIME SERIES Metallic Film-003 Polychrome Silver What is the best possible application tape to use on the Metallic Films? Seems the tape I use now just isn't adhesive enough and I have to mess with it quite abit when peeling the decal off the backing. MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted April 29, 2013 Tape came be a problem sometimes, but also the way you are using it can be the problem.. Squeegee your decal real good, and peel the backing AWAY from the decal, not lift the decal from the backing. It is a big difference. But it may also be the tape, BUT always peel the backing away. NOT try and peel the decal from the backing.... I only use Main medium tack paper tape. for everything.. including Avery chrome.. don't know how much difference they are.
