Could someone help me out here

I am using photoshop ce2 what do I need to save these files as when they open after i have added my other writing and stuff. tried the eps but it says something about bitamap when i test the cutter it want cut everything. I am just messing around with the software untill my cutter gets here.

It is true that you can save images as an eps in photoshop however these are raster (bitmap) images. They will need to be converted to vectors. Do you have illustrator?

I would suggest some research on converting raster to vector format to make files cuttable.

found inkscape but is vector free if so what is the link because I can seem to find it.
