cheyandtj 0 Posted February 10, 2013 Hi, i have a previously owned pcut ct630, i have flexi starter 10 and windows xp. i have an issue getting the plotter to cut. flexi says that the information is being sent but the plotter never cuts anything. all i received was the plotter its self.i have a usb cord plugging it into my computer. do i need some other software or would anyone know how to get them to communicate.? any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

cheyandtj 0 Posted February 10, 2013 the only issue i have with installing anything off the internet is i dont have an internet connection to my desktop which the plotter is hooked up too.. anything that is online kinda doesnt help.any other advice? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
theishkid 13 Posted February 10, 2013 Get a usb drive and take the drivers from the computer you are viewing the forums on to the computer the cutter is on. Or burn a disc of the driver to put on that computer. Your cutter computer is not going to be able to find the PCut without the drivers, there's no other way around it. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted February 10, 2013 you will have to move the files with a thumb drive or burn to a cd - they won't just appear on their own - unless you want to pay my airfair, hourly wage from time left until I return, meals and lodging, but i think it would be cheaper to move them from the computer you can get on the net to thru a type of movable media.
